Description
Betalaine is a natural pigment that is extracted from natural plants by using red beet (seaweed head) as raw material and water as solvent. The main components of beet erythrin are beet red glycosides, which account for 75%~95% of the red pigment, and sometimes free beet. Beet pigment also contains beet flavin, isobeet, red glycoside and other components. The former beet is a pyridine derivative. Beet pigment is soluble in water and insoluble in grease.
